The Whole Fee Table, Nothing Hidden
These are the only numbers that touch a rider's pay. No other deductions exist.
Why the Rider Comes Out Ahead on Good2Go
Each of these is wired into the app itself.
-
More of the Fee Reaches the Rider
Good2Go takes nothing from the food, so the rider is paid better per delivery than on apps that keep up to 32% of every order.
-
Priority Rider of One Store
The merchant assigned to you sends its bookings to you first. You have 1 minute to accept before the booking goes to others.
-
Reserved Before the Customer Pays
The store books a rider while the customer is still paying. By the time the payment is confirmed, you are already on the road.
-
An App Made for the Rider
Accept the order, follow the map to the store and then to the customer, and close the delivery in the same app.
One Minute. The Booking Is Yours.
When your assigned merchant presses Find Rider, the booking reaches you first. You have 1 minute to accept before it broadcasts to other riders nearby.
What One Run Looks Like
Seven steps from the booking alert to the customer tapping Confirm.
-
Accept the Booking
The pre-booking arrives from your store. Accept within 1 minute and the run is yours.
-
Wait for the Payment
Once the customer pays the merchant's GCash, the booking is confirmed. Head to the store at that point.
-
Pick Up at the Store
Collect the order and the delivery fee, cash or GCash. Photograph the order before leaving.
-
Follow the Map
The drop-off point is in the app. The customer watches your location while you ride.
-
Photograph the Handover
On arrival, photograph the order the customer received. That is the proof of delivery.
-
Ask for the Confirm Tap
Tell the customer to press Confirm in the app. That closes the run and frees you for the next one.
-
Keep the Wallet Topped Up
A ₱200 minimum top-up in the app wallet keeps bookings coming to you.
Questions Riders Ask Before Applying
How Much Do I Make per Delivery?
The delivery fee is ₱65 for the first kilometer plus ₱10 for each kilometer after, less the 20% platform commission. On a 3 km run the fee is ₱85 and ₱68 is yours.
How Do I Receive the Delivery Fee?
At pickup, together with the order, in cash or GCash. There is no remittance to wait for.
What Is the ₱200 Top-up For?
It is the minimum wallet balance in the rider app that lets you receive bookings. It is listed on the Good2Go fee table.
What Is a Priority Rider?
A rider assigned to one particular store. He gets that store's bookings first, and after 1 minute the booking broadcasts to other riders nearby.
Do I Have to Photograph the Order?
Yes, twice: once at pickup from the store and once at handover to the customer. Those photos are the proof of delivery in the app.
